GROUP OUTPLACEMENT While Group Outplacement does not provide One-On-One assessment, since our Program is limited to 50 people per session, Instruction & Techniques are utilized in a favorable setting allowing employees to work together in building esteem and morale and recognizing they are not alone in their struggle! Our Power Series is a division of the King Group of companies. Must be purchased by Employers/Companies Only. Class sizes are flexible, but may not exceed 50 participants. Employers/Companies will be responsible for providing Facility where Program is to be held. Programs can be held on Weekdays, Weeknights, or Weekends. Programs vary in length, although standards are usually 3 hours in length, to include 2 breaks. It is recommended that Employer/Companies provide coffee/tea, soft drinks during Program.
