Payment Process PayPal offers you options of all Major Credit Cards as well. All Payments must clear our account prior to your first appointment. In the event a problem occurs, a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be assessed. PayPal or Credit Cards payments will be charged to P. Jason King Associates, Inc. Hourly Rate Program This Program is available for a limited time only. You may discuss items such as an upcoming Interview, need a few tips on your Résumé, or require some specific Career Advice. This Program is available only via PayPal. Hourly Rate (Subject to change) is currently $250.00 (USD). CANCELLATION POLICIES - After first payment is received in accordance with our terms, and after first appointment has been completed, if participant deems our service not to be what they anticipated and are not interested in continuing, participant has the right to cancel, with no further payment due. - All fees are non-refundable, including "no shows." - No refunds will be given for appointments postponed due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other Acts of God or Health Reasons. We will, however, reschedule another appointment. - We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment if necessary. Participant also has the right to reschedule an appointment if necessary, however, a minimum of 24 hours is required. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of fee. - We also reserve the right to cancel the participation of any individual who fails to complete their responsibilities required for a successful outcome. Payment will be forfeited. - All notifications of cancellation must be received in writing via email info@powerseries.net AND Registered Mail to: Attn: Cancellation Dept. TAPING DEVICES No taping devices of any kind are to be used during the sessions, unless written permission has been provided. Failure to comply will result in dismissal from the Program and forfeiture of fees. WARRANTS & GUARANTEES We make no warrants, guarantees, or promises that the participant(s) will obtain an interview, or offer of employment as a result of our services. Company/participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold The King Group, The King Group of Companies, Yours In Travel, Yours In Travel Group, P. Jason King Associates, Inc., PowerSeries.net, and any and all subsidiaries or divisions of the above mentioned companies, or its principals, officers, directors, managers, or designated persons, harmless from any and all claims, lawsuits, attorney's fees, and costs associated with participant's attendance in any workshops, seminars, presentations, résumé writing, career development including, but not limited to, any other as stated above or similar to those stated above but with a different title.
